This group meets twice weekly during the first four weeks of treatment. Meetings are approximately 90 minutes and teach clients the basic skills they need to achieve initial sobriety. Clients are introduced to cognitive behavioural interventions, as well as learn about 12-step support and other spiritual or self-help involvement. Should clients become unstable during treatment or experience a lapse, they are encouraged to return to the Early Recovery Skills group anytime during the 12-week program. This group meets twice weekly after the Early Recovery Skills group. These 24 meetings are approximately 90 minutes in length and continue for the duration of the 12 weeks of treatment. The sessions are designed to assist clients in maintaining abstinence by providing information, support, and guidance as they proceed through recovery. Call us Today!
This group meets once weekly on Wednesday. Clients and family members come together in group settings that are designed to promote educational awareness around addiction, while providing a supportive environment
This is an open group that covers a diverse range of topics including: mindfulness, 12-Step Recovery, Co-Occurring disorders, anger management, life skills, relationships, PTSD, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
This group is ongoing and meets weekly. Various topics are discussed relating to family and addictions. Clients may continue with this group after completion of the program as they become part of the Remnant House fellowship.
This group meets once a week to get a better understanding of the 12 Steps. The program is designed to deliver information to individual's who are considering participating in the 12 Step group or who are beginning to work the 12 Steps.
This group meets once a week Topics Include: anger, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, & self-compassion and, shame & guilt.
